Lauren & Scott’s Wedding at The Bonnet Island Estate

We recently traveled out to New Jersey in April to the lovely Bonnet Island Estate to capture Lauren and Scott’s big day. After getting ready in separate rooms, the couple was joined by close friends and family for an intimate first look and portraits with the bridal party and family. The ceremony was held in the cute multi-level barn in the back of the estate. After saying their vows during a beautiful sundown ceremony, they headed straight to their cocktail hour. Dinner followed with heartfelt toasts and everyone danced the night away with the music fueled by Bud Maltin musicians.Lauren’s gown was designed by Monique Lhuillier, flowers by Garden Party Sisters, and catering by MerriMakers.

Lauren & Erik’s Wedding at the Woodway Country Club

After doing an beautiful engagement shoot with Lauren & Erik in the heart of New York, Craig and Nicole headed to Connecticut and shoot their wedding in April. Erik and all his men dressed extra sharp and Lauren looked amazing in her timeless dress by Pronovias, accompanied with a flowing floor length veil. After getting ready at their home, Lauren and her parents headed to St. Aloysius for the ceremony. The reception was held in Woodway Country Club, whose golf course provided a great backdrop for the bridal party and couple portraits. The beautiful floral arrangements were put together by Springdale Florist. The reception was absolutely a great time – everyone enjoyed their night and danced thanks to Vali Entertainment. All the footage for the bride and groom’s wedding was recorded by friend and videographer Craig MacNeill. This was definitely a beautiful day and a night to remember!

Alexandra & Barry’s Engagement Session

Alexandra and Barry came to us on a recommendation, had a great meeting with Craig and immediately decided to do an engagement session around New York City. They wanted to change things up and concentrate the photos around the less touristy spots in New York and locations special to them. Starting out around at McNally Jackson Books near Soho, Alexandra and Barry flirted and walked their way around, headed west through the village and eventually up to Chelsea Market and The High Line. It was fun and spontaneous and we think their laughter and love definitely radiates from the photos. We can’t wait to capture their wedding this summer!

Shannon & Chris’s Wedding at The University Club

Shanon and Chris had a lovely wedding last March in Midtown Manhattan. The ceremony was at Church of the Blessed Sacrament and both the reception hall and catering were provided by The University Club. The bride looked stunning head to toe in her Tara Keeley dress, designed by JLM Couture. The flowers, provided by In Bloom Plantshed, were a finishing touch to the beautiful reception. The guests danced the night away with music from Hank Lane. This wedding was nothing short of spectacular!

Sandra & Dave’s Wedding at City Winery

Sandra and Dave had a beautiful spring wedding this past April. Both the ceremony and the reception were held at City Winery, who catered the night as well. Although it’s in the middle of the Manhattan, City Winery has an awesome wine country feel to it. Sandra got her makeup and hair done at Rare Salon on Church St, then moved over to the Trump Soho to get dressed. She looked stunning in her gown with a lace neckline and embroidery designed by Pronovias. Dave stayed at their apartment in the city to prepare before heading straight to the winery. The ceremony was led by Captain Arnold of Nautical Wedding Bells. This led the night off to a great start with great food, drinks (wine of course!) and party starting music provided by 74 Events. Floral arrangements were provided by Designs by Ahn. Everyone danced the night away at a wedding that was truly one to remember!

Amanda & Brendan’s Westchester Wedding

We were so excited to shoot Amanda & Brendan’s March wedding in Westchester after doing their fun engagement session around the city last fall. Soft snow was falling all day which made for excellent photo backdrops with the couple and their bridal party. (Craig kept it quick so she wouldn’t get too cold, but Amanda was certainly a trooper!) The ladies got ready at Amanda’s family home while Brendan had the hotel suite to himself and the men. They all met for the ceremony at The Reformed Church in Bronxville before heading to the impressive Westchester Country Club for amazing food, drinks and the dance party! Their guests held the dance floor for hours and seemed to never tire with the lively band Play by Play from Faze4 urging them on with amazing music. Amanda even had a surprise dance in store just for her father! Flowers and design were by Thomas Anderson and her gorgeous dress was from The Wedding Salon of Manhasset.
