You might remember a few months ago we mentioned that Aisha and Danielle’s wedding feature on ESSENCE.com was nominated for a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Digital Journalism – Multimedia. Well the feature won and Aisha and Danielle were even able to help accept the award at the awards ceremony in New York. It’s one thing to have been nominated, but to have won is so exciting!
