Marissa and Nate had one of those weddings where every angle you turned there was something beautiful and loving happening. With a backdrop of non other than the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, planner Sarah Glick from Brilliant Event Planning, Ellie Connell from Reeling Films and the most important thing, a fabulous couple completely in love with each other, you really couldn’t go wrong. They both chose the Conrad Hotel in Tribeca to get ready and the park across the street to see each other for the first time. Marissa, with help from her sister and mom, put on her gown by Romona Keveza. Nate put on his suit and puzzle shaped cufflinks, signifying his sweet codename for Marissa as his “puzzle piece”. After their first look, some amazing portraits in the area, we all headed to Brooklyn Botanical Gardens for the formals photos, some champagne and the ceremony. Their beautiful chuppa was perfectly placed under the giant willow tree by the Palm House, a nice breeze complimenting the perfect day. Marissa planned out a surprise for Nate-a dance down the aisle by the entire bridal party! She also surprised him with a thistle during the ceremony, special meaning between the two for everlasting love. After the ceremony it was time to eat, drink and dance and there was no shortage of any! Their energy and adoration for each other just radiated through the night as Creations Band kept the crowd dancing and having a great time! They ended the night with cake cutting and party favors-custom labeled Seattle Chocolate (which was delicious).
