Sloan and Patrick had a lovely, intimate commitment ceremony in December, just before the holidays. Before the ceremony, this dashing couple and their handsome dog, Aragorn, went with Michael over to the West side of Manhattan for some fun couples portraits. I just love the picture of the three of them running across the cobblestones, laughing. For their ceremony and reception they kept their guest list small, but were big on style. It was the perfect way to celebrate two people’s love for each other: a wonderful winter dinner surrounded by family and friends.
Janice and Paul’s New York Wedding
Janice and Paul started their day at the Cooper Square Hotel which is a beautiful new hotel in Manhattan’s Cooper Square, followed by a lovely evening reception at The Foundry in Long Island City. Janice and Paul were lucky enough to have one of the best looking wedding parties we have seen and they were also some of the most fun. They were totally game for whatever we threw at them, including marching around the park without coats in the freezing cold. In fact, they christened us the “Super Pro Photo-tographers” (yup, that’s spelled right), a title which we are proud to take on.
Jen and Brad’s New York City Wedding
We are so excited because this weekend we have no weddings or family shoots scheduled. Everyone has the weekend free and will be taking much needed days off. Yup, that’s right: days (plural) off. The anticipation is so much that we are all trying to get out early to properly extend our days away from work but before I go, I want to get these images for Jen and Brad up on the blog
Lauren and Brian’s New York Wedding
It’s so exciting that we actually have two very different weddings in a row at the same location: the New York Botanical Garden. Lauren and Brian had a very intimate affair at the Stone Mill which is a National Historic Landmark on the property of the Botanical Gardens.
Ilana and Michael’s wedding at the New York Botanical Garden
We love wedding details: flowers, shoes, favors and all the other things that couples use to make their day beautiful and unique. Sometimes though you have a location that does more for the look of your wedding than any set of details and that’s the case with Ilana and Michael’s wedding at the New York Botanical Garden
Erin and Dwight’s Manhattan Wedding
Erin and Dwight’s wedding at the Hudson Hotel in Manhattan was the embodiment of New York glamour. Lisa Green, from Anderson Green Events, was the planner and she did a great job of bringing to life Erin’s desire for a wedding that was both timeless and modern
Morgan and John’s Brooklyn Wedding
It was such an honor for Craig to have been part of Morgan and John’s wedding. Morgan is the Director of Communications and Development at TEAK Fellowship which helps talented New York City students from low-income families gain admission to and succeed at top high schools and colleges
Meghan and Manlio’s Manhattan Wedding
Our first wedding is Meghan and Manlio, a stunning couple who were married at Twenty Four Fifth in Manhattan. Says Gracie of this wedding’s classic style: “It looks like an old fashioned movie.” I agree, Gracie. I agree. But let’s get in to details:
