Melody and Demos had an uber stylish New York wedding in July of last year which we’ve been holding on to for the perfect wedding blog to submit to. Their wedding was at The Foundry, a super unique venue in gritty Long Island City and Melody, being a fashion designer, came up with the most fabulous short-in-front-long-in-back wedding dress. She bought the dress second hand and tailored it to her own specs, making it a one-of-a-kind piece that she pulled off stunningly. When Style Me Pretty put out the notice that they were doing a week full of fashion-themed blogs, we knew that Melody and Demos’s was the perfect set of pictures to include. SMP thought so to and has used our photos as the “cover”, so-to-speak, of the Fashion Week feature. It’s an honor and we are delighted to be giving Melody the chance to inspire brides across the web.
